The Cowans directory is made up of 11 sections and contains over 7,500 products. Purchasing for the products contained in the directory is done both at a Group and Local level and all products are regularly monitored to ensure quality, availability and value for money. 
Where possible we also strive to offer an Eco-friendly product, through our Initiative range. As part of our desire for continual improvement and development, we have decided to reduce our catalogue size for 2010, to reduce the impact of our printed catalogue on the environment.
